Drystone Morocco style

Hedgelaying and Drystone wall boundaries we share a purpose. Here’s a few walls for the wallers (kind enough to follow me ) from my Moroccan trip. Getting out into the rural side of Morocco there is absolutely miles of walling. Seems that the Cripple holes/Smouts are at the top of fields facing up the tracks, I guess to encourage water into the fields WHEN it rains. Where ours are normally at the bottom to drain away ?.
